The highlight for this month was Pipers 1st birthday.  The weather was poor but the rain held of to only a light drizzle in the morning - so the Barbie jumping castle in the back yard got plenty of use.  Also this month I had the Scott 24 hour mountain bike race in Canberra which was the best MTB event I've been in to-date.  The girls came down to support me and also went to Floriade flower show.
We also had a visitor arrive whilst we were down in Canberra - my Grandad had driven from Perth to Sydney for a visit to us and some of his friends and other family on the east-coast.  Not a bad effort for 83.
